What we collect. When you submit a form we receive the details you provide (such as name, email, company, role, sector, and message). Server logs may include IP address and user agent for security.

Why. To respond to enquiries, schedule deployments or audits, and improve our services. Legal bases include legitimate interests and steps prior to a contract.

Sharing. The public contact form posts to Zoho Forms (Zoho Corporation). Zoho is a processor for that enquiry. Their systems fall outside a Kenya GPU. Keep customer files out of the form. Selling personal data is off the table.

Retention. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights. Under the KDPA you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal limits. Email info@corvux.tech.
